Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the booking fee becomes non-refundable and will be charged in full. However, if we need to cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, your booking fee will be fully refunded, and you will have the option to reschedule. If no appointments are available, you can request to be placed on the waiting list by emailing hello@hutanomedicals.co.uk, and we will notify you as soon as an appointment opens up.
